November is Lung Cancer Awareness Month, and the statistics are sobering. Lung cancer is New Zealand’s deadliest cancer, claiming more than 1,800 lives every year. It’s a cause that deserves our attention and support.
This year the Cardiac & Respiratory Foundation is encouraging New Zealanders to come together and travel the length of Aotearoa – one step, pedal or movement at a time!
Whether you walk, run, cycle, swim or wheel, every kilometre counts towards the collective goal. You can choose your own distance, move at your own pace, and help raise funds for important research, education and advocacy. Here at Head Office we’ve set up our own page, and will be putting our money where our mouth is, and hitting the pavement to do our bit.
