- Delivery and Delivery Charges
At this time, we only deliver to New Zealand addresses.
All orders are shipped via Aramex Couriers, and Showerdome Limited will dispatch your order within one (1) business day. Please allow up to 72 hours for delivery once your order has been shipped. If you haven’t received your order within this timeframe, please contact us on (09) 835 9797 or [email protected]. Please note: We do not deliver to Rural Delivery (RD) addresses. If a rural address is entered at checkout, our team will contact you to request a non-rural alternative. This will result in delays to the processing of your order. The fact that we do not offer Rural Delivery is clearly stated during checkout. In the event that an item is damaged in transit, we will make a claim with our courier company. Once we have confirmation that the delivery was unsuccessful, we will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund. - Returns
Showerdome Limited will accept returns on new and unused product within 14 days from purchase date. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 2 business days of receiving the returned item at our warehouse. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.To return a Showerdome please follow the instructions below:- Pack Showerdome & and associated rails in the original box packaging with a copy of your packing slip receipt. Please keep a copy for your records.
- Return the item either in person or via a carrier of your choice (eg. Fastway Couriers, NZ Couriers)
- For return address, please reference your original packing slip.Return shipping and handling is the responsibility of the customer. Please keep a copy of the return tracking number for your records.
