If you’re a Showerdome®  customer, you’ll know that we conduct a survey post-purchase, as we want to understand what makes our customers tick, why they chose Showerdome®, and any ways we can improve.

So forgive us if we look like Cheshire cats right now.  Our survey results are overwhelmingly positive – and we are going to take the opportunity to share some of the comments we’ve recently received.

Ross, who is the General Manager here at Showerdome®, has worked in numerous companies over his career, and never once has he experienced the kind of ‘Customer Love’ that we receive on a regular basis here at Showerdome®.

When we decided to survey our customers, to try to understand their purchasing motives on a deeper level, we didn’t expect to receive the outpouring of praise and recommendations that we have received.

Once you’re a Showerdome® convert, it appears there is no going back!

To date we have received over 4600 survey responses, and 97.8% have rated it “Very Likely’ that they would recommend Showerdome®.   This make us feel SO GOOD!   It’s easy to please when we have such a quality item to offer our customers, and we know from 17 years experience that it really does work!
