All Showerdome website orders have been processed and dispatched, and we are back to our standard 24 hour turn around timeframes as far as processing your order goes.
Unfortunately the same cannot be said for our courier company (Aramex). They are still experiencing significantly higher volumes than usual, and therefore there is approx a 5 day delay in some areas.
We ask for your continued patience as they clear the backlog.

As of 11.59pm tonight, everywhere south of the Auckland border will move to Level 3.
What does this mean for Showerdome?
All our regional distributors (with the exception of Auckland) will be able to dispatch orders under the strict guidelines of Level 3. Our distributors are based in Hamilton, Tauranga, Wellington & Christchurch.
All orders received via the website, for these areas, are able to be packed and dispatched. We have been advised to expect delays once with the courier companies. As you can imagine, the backlog of freight moving around the country will take some time to clear. We ask for, and appreciate your patience.
Installations are still not possible until Level 2 – so at this stage, installers will be taking details on a waiting list, and as soon as they have a firm date for moving down another level – will begin booking customers in.
Auckland remaining at Level 4 is unfortunate from a business perspective, but is absolutely the right thing to be doing for NZ. We will continue to monitor all incoming messages and orders – and do the very best we can from our home offices.
Unfortunately, we find ourselves back in the familiar territory of a nationwide Level 4 lockdown.
We will be strictly abiding by the Level 4 restrictions as we are not an essential service.
As we get more updates from the government, we will be amending our response, and will keep you updated here.
CAN I STILL PLACE AN ORDER FOR A SHOWERDOME ONLINE?
Yes! Our website will continue to function and orders can be placed as normal. Please be assured that our system is secure, so your data is safe with us.
Any orders received during this lockdown period will be our first priority the moment the restrictions are lifted.
Once we reach Level 3, we will be back in the warehouse, social distancing, and processing orders as usual.
ARE YOUR HEAD OFFICE / DISTRIBUTORS OR WAREHOUSE OPEN?
No, all our offices will be closed and no orders will be processed or shipped until the necessary restrictions are lifted, and we move to Level 3.
> For our Auckland office, this means 7 days minimum (until Weds 25th August)
> For the rest of the country, this is 3 days minimum (until Saturday 21st August)
WHY CAN’T YOU SHIP DURING LEVEL 4?
Our courier company has been directed to only collect goods from businesses who provide an ‘essential service’, and we do not fall under this category.
Please be assured that as soon as the restrictions are lifted, production will recommence at full speed and capacity. We will dispatch orders on a first-in, first-out basis.
CAN I BOOK AN INSTALLER NOW, FOR ONCE LOCKDOWN IS LIFTED?

An installer can provide a one-stop-shop for you, meaning you can buy your Showerdome & installation as one package through them.
Our installer network are all independant contractors, and this is the reason we are unable to take payment for the installation side of the booking via our website.
While we could sell you the Showerdome® shower top on our website – we are obviously very conscious that our installer network will be feeling the effects of this situation deeply, and we want to support them, and direct business to them wherever we can.
